We offer employers a variety of comprehensive drug and alcohol program management services that are designed to reduce employer’s costs and improve community safety.
Below are many methods that can be utilized to create a safer working environment.
Rapid Urine Drug Screening
- Rapid drug test results in 5 minutes for on-site or in-clinic testing of a urine sample. Non-negatives are confirmed at a SAMSHA/NIDA approved laboratory via gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS)
- Panels available: 1 to 12 drugs plus expanded opiates
- Positives can take 48-72 hours depending on donor cooperation
Lab-Based Urine Drug Testing
- A urine sample is taken and sent directly to the lab for screening and confirmation. Non-DOT and DOT lab testing services are available.
- Panels available: 1 to 12 drugs plus expanded opiates
- Non-Negatives will take longer depending on donor cooperation.

Hair Testing
- Hair testing provides a longer history of drug exposure than any other matrix, creating an excellent pre-employment test.
- Panels available: 1 to 10 drugs plus expanded opiates
- Hair Testing provides a 3 month history
- Results reporting time: 24-48 hours
Nail Testing
- Nail Testing provides a 6 month history – perfect for court testing.

Urine Lab-Based Alcohol Test,
Ethyl Glucoronide Alcohol Test (Etg/Ets)
EtG and EtS are the best markers available currently to monitor for alcohol use. Both ethyl glucuronide (EtG) and ethyl sulfate (EtS) are metabolites of alcohol (ethanol) that are more slowly eliminated from the body than alcohol itself (or than other markers of recent alcohol use) and can thus be used to document abstinence and detect alcohol relapse sooner.
EtG (ethyl glucuronide) testing alone, offered by virtually every laboratory in the drug and alcohol testing industry, does not provide a dispositive confirmation of alcohol consumption within the detection window of 80 hours (average of 36-48). Coupling EtG with EtS (ethyl sulfate) does, since the EtG metabolite is often masked by bacterial infections, such as urinary tract infections.
The ability to detect both EtG and EtS using a highly sophisticated laboratory utilizing liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry (LC/MS), separates On-Site Drug & Alcohol Testing from other alcohol testing providers.
- Detection times can be up to 80 hours
- Result turnaround in three business days
- Result reporting is currently available via fax, email, or through our secure web site.
- 99.9% accurate
